孕婦生理變化

妳的骨盆腔在擴張，因此妳會感到背部與恥骨聯合處痠疼不適，不會疼痛的不規則子宮收縮次數在增加。如果妳是初產婦，胎兒的頭部大多已降入骨盆腔中；如為經產婦，胎兒進入骨盆腔的時間會較晚，有的孕婦的胎兒會在要分娩前胎頭才進入骨盆腔中。



胎兒發育成長

寶寶現在從頭至腳的身長約為48公分，頭臀長（坐長）約30公分，體重大約為2250公克。寶寶現在應為頭下腳上的姿勢，頭部進入骨盆腔，皮下脂肪增厚，皮膚逐漸變光滑呈粉紅色。寶寶的頭骨還是很柔軟，每塊頭骨之間留有空間是為了分娩時，寶寶的頭部能被擠壓以便通過狹窄的產道。



注意事項

請考慮選擇餵食母乳，這可促進寶寶的免疫力。



第六次產檢

本週需做第六次的例行產檢：

1.問診：有無不適症狀，如出血、腹痛、頭痛、痙攣或嚴重水腫。

2.身體檢查：體重、血壓、腹長（宮底高度）、胎心音、胎位、水腫、靜脈曲張等。

3.實驗室檢查：尿蛋白、尿糖。



How your baby's growing:

Your baby now weighs about 4 3/4 pounds (like your average cantaloupe) and is almost 18 inches long. Her fat layers — which will help regulate her body temperature once she's born — are filling her out, making her rounder. Her skin is also smoother than ever. Her central nervous system is maturing and her lungs are continuing to mature as well. If you've been nervous about preterm labor, you'll be happy to know that babies born between 34 and 37 weeks who have no other health problems generally do fine. They may need a short stay in the neonatal nursery and may have a few short-term health issues, but in the long run, they usually do as well as full-term babies.
